The principal of Sarankul College shall be the ex-officio head of the union and every thing or proposal to be done by union shall be subject to his/her approval, He/she shall have the following rights and functions.

a) To conduct the Annual elections and other elections.

b) To approve the union budget passed by the executive committee of the Union.

c) To get the accounts of the union audited by the audit committee and to certify their accuracy.

d) To take such steps as he deems necessary to meet the objections, if any, advised by the Audit committed.

e) To carry on all correspondance with the invites either on the request of the executive committee or his/her own accord.
